Spicy Bourbon Pork Tenderloin

  • 2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 3 tsp Mill Gap Farms Organic Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • cayenne or ghost pepper powder to taste
  • black pepper to taste


  • Combine all ingredients except pork to make a marinade
  • Slice pork and marinate in the marinade mixture for a few hours
  • Pan fry the pork tenderloins over medium heat until done
  • Pour remaining marinade into pan and scrape any drippings while cooking off any remaining alcohol.
  • Serve marinade over pork
