Cabin Cleaning Procedures


  • Showers are cleaned with disinfecting bathroom cleaner, including the toilets and sinks
  • Floors are vacuumed & mopped


  • Vacuumed and all top surfaces cleaned with disinfecting cleaners
  • Bedding removed between guests for cleaning
  • Fresh sheets – extra pillow cases left on the dressers

Living Room

  • Vacuumed and all top surfaces cleaned


  • Cleaned on a monthly basis


  • Blown and chairs staged, especially after wind storms
  • Grille – checked and top surfaces cleaned and ready for your enjoyment

Kitchen & Dining Area

  • Top surfaces cleaned with kitchen cleaner
  • Vacuumed & mopped
  • New trash bags in trash container
  • All dishes cleaned and placed in cabinets
  • Refrigerator – cleaned and ready for your food
  • Door knobs & toilet handles sanitized

Hot Tub

  • This is a new hot tub (Spring 2020)
  • Water changed every two weeks or when necessary
    • There are 3 filters in the hot tub to ensure clean water
  • Shocked before each stay. No maintenance is required by guests unless staying more than 3 days, at which time 4 table spoons of shock is needed.


  • Not much to do here, there is very little grass thankfully
  • Driveway and road maintained when necessary
