Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 green onions chopped
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pint strawberries cored and halved
  • 1 tsp fresh basil chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mill Gap Farms Organic Maple Syrup
  • olive oil enough to coat
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt to taste
  • mint optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • Serve chilled and garnish with mint if desired
