We have used scoops from Tractor Supply and our local coop. They work well but cost money. If you have an Arizona Ice Tea jug or one from Langer's Mango Nectar, you can make a scoop for free. These are better than a bleach bottle because they are very thick and last a long time. We've had one lasting longer than a year.
